About UOERT

The Union of Employers of the Republic of Tajikistan (UOERT) was founded in 2006. UOERT is an independent, non-governmental, non-political and not-for-profit organization based on voluntary membership. The members of the UOERT mostly operates in agriculture (70%), but also in industry, construction and service sector. In 2008, by Order No. 173 “On the Approval of Provisions of the Tripartite Commission for Regulation of Social and Labour Relations in the RT”, the Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations (RTC) was established as the institutional mechanism for tripartite social dialog and relations in Tajikistan. According to that, RTC includes representatives of the Government of Tajikistan, the Union of the Employers of the Republic of Tajikistan (UOERT) and the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Tajikistan (FITUT).

Participation on behalf of all employers of the country in the work of the Republican Tripartite Commission on Social Partnership and Regulation of socio-economic and Labor relations, as well as representation of the interests of all employers of the country at the signing of the annual General Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, republican unions of Trade Unions and the Association of Employers (Entrepreneurs) of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Assistance to the members of the Association in creating the necessary legal conditions for their business activities in order to move to a qualitatively new level of social and labor relations.
